National Conciliation and Mediation Board
Regional Branch No. 5
20 August 2018

The newly appointed Administrative Aide VI Mr. Rey Kelly L. Larce has taken his oath of office on August 20, 2018 after the flag raising ceremony held at National Conciliation and Mediation Board Regional Branch 5 office. The oath-taking ceremony was headed by Director Reynaldo S. Foncardas with all the regional branch staff present to witness the simple and meaningful event. The RB5 staff was delighted to welcome Mr. Larce to the NCMB family and congratulated him on the new chapter of his life – being a public servant.

A graduate of BS-Electronics Engineering in 2013 at Aquinas University of Legazpi now the University of Sto. Tomas, Mr. Larce is formerly a College Instructor at AMA Computer College of Legazpi since 2015. He lives with his parents and being the eldest among three siblings, pushed him hard to look for a permanent and stable job to help his parents financially.
The only thorn among the roses who made it to the top four applicants vying for the vacant positon of Administrative Aide VI, Mr. Larce was chosen for the position because of his upbeat personality and engaging personal style which enable him to interact effectively with clients and staff. He is also good in public speaking which can be an asset to NCMB.
“I feel blessed and motivated, this is a dream come true. My gratitude towards the trust you have given me. Guaranteed, I will always give my best in performing my duties and responsibilities.” said Mr. Larce after his oath-taking.
It is always a joy to have a new member of the family, I personally wish Mr. Larce goodluck on his new journey of becoming part of NCMB family.
